-calves workout 3x
-cardio 3x
-stomach shrinking and toning 3x
-core strengthening 2x

-Superhuman genius 2x
-Gum regeneration 2x

-Limit removal 2x
Idk what do I should delete from my playlist.

I dont know because that is a really personal question and choice. I would only listen to the last 3 on that list because I would rather work out and build discipline. I try to only use fields that can do things for me that I can’t do for myself. More or less.

I go to the gym but it is closed bc corona so I wanna listen his field I don’t like to train at home.
