While I do not harbor religious beliefs like when I was a teen (I used to be Quite religious back then, Orthodox Christian and the mindset of it being the true faith and all of that), I still believe in… something lol.
Well, i believe in possibilities, the fact that new things are possibly, like for example fields and also subs, and other tools for self healing, self growth etc.
But Idk if it’s a belief, since I now know this stuff is real…
However, define real lol.
We have notions like Maya or other similar notions, in Hinduism, Buddhism etc., and Solipsism literally can not be debated properly…
I mean, is anything outside my own mind, real?
I choose the yes option lol, since it’s the practical choice, plus, in the absurdity that it’s all a grand illusion, matrix or I’m just a program (or mind, soul, human, whatever) experiencing a fabricated reality, what’s there to lose?
A logical conclusion can be reached that the most interesting and growth fueling option is simply going with the flow (illusion or not lol)..
As for my choice, to believe that I am real that everything I experience is real, etc., is simply done so since I can not prove nor accept that it’s not real either…
Mom, dad, me and my human experience, my life, you guys, pleasure, love, experiences, etc., I would never deny any of this…
My idea is this: although we can perceive only a tiny fraction of what is reality, life, the universe / whole, etc., it is still real, to us, to each one of us…
Of course “all is one”, “we’re all one”, such beliefs, approaches and/or experiences are in a way a solution to Solipsism and other philosophical similar views …
Science points in that direction, not only points, it clearly shows that all things are connected and that observation, consciousness, matter, etc. All interact with each other(s)… Etc. (double slot experiment and other more modern and contemporary discoveries and experiments and theories, plus the overwhelming data regarding subjects like NDE, out of body (experience), remote viewing, lucid dreaming, etc. are some of the subjects worth researching and connecting together…)…
Anyway, since I do want to end the reply, I will quote this:
“Frodo:” What are we holding on to, Sam? "
" Sam: "That there’s some good in this world, Mr. Frodo..
and it’s worth fighting for."
Ending thought: love, evolution/evolving, curiosity and learning (well, evolution includes all of this or love lol, whatever) and the fact that nothing is truly lost are some of my beliefs…
We will have all our answers at a certain point, either trillions of years from now or well, perhaps we always had and have the answers, at a higher level (which operates above or well beyond our human or material or incarnational level(s)). ..
Edit: unnecessary suffering should be avoided, also simply staying true to yourself, along your Infinite path…
Are also some of my beliefs, to call them as such.
Another edit: the golden rule is quite practical, also helping yourself without damaging others or helping others without self damage also is a fine concept, yet love kinda transcends that too…
Anyway, TLDR: I have no hard beliefs, but some practical stuff like love (self love included), continuing to learn and to evolve and other things, like being authentic, are some of my current beliefs.
Impermanence too, unfortunately/fortunately…
