I think is better if the chakras are separated because every one works to specific areas. This unification sounds like self-driving, in short, an over simplification that would make sense if each of the chakras did not have a specific task. As for the headache I was referring to previous subs.

Is there an audio for combining all different organs into one gooey mass (imagine the Mind Flayer from Stranger Things), on the same lines as combining all chakras? Say we combine eyes, ears, nose and mouth to achieve better and more unified functioning? 
I sometimes wonder why people surrender their energetic body and its integrity to such creators who have basically no knowledge of energy body and also no commonsense! It is very, very, very important to NOT listen to anything and everything on Youtube.

I just asked about j-seals. Itās not about chakra unification, I just told him what chakra unification is because one person knows this process as chakra removal. I did not recommend it, I did not say you should use this perfect thing. I am only human, I cannot know everything. I opened a header because I was curious about j-seals. I opened chakra unification title before. Some say chakra unification is a good thing, some say a bad thing. users suggested it to me and I used it. and I did not feel any change, I must say that even my psychological state was worse. The larger point I was trying to make is - trying out crazy energy audios on Youtube, unless one clearly understands the implications, is risky.
