What Superpower(s) Would you like to have?

And you’d have to be able to control it or else you would die of thirst in two or three days. Lol. Wait. Could intangible people even breathe? Uh oh.

Ouch, now that you put it that way.

Seriously ?

I always thought immortality was the worst punishment ever that only god can give.

I’d rather get a finite amount of torture for a couple of days than being condamned to live on this earth indefinitely.

I’m trying to find something scarier, I can’t

Well, I guess you’ll have all the time in the world to change your mind.

Than it’s not a superpower

That’s up to the reader to decide how one interprets these superpowers.

To keep psychic attacks and entities away from me? :stuck_out_tongue:

Well, that would be quite a superpower!

I guess many of us would prefer not to reincarnate or to go to a Higher Realm, but to live “forever” in/with our current bodies (probably upgraded, with time) and learn and learn and learn!
Still, perhaps this would be the worst way to evolve, after all, idk.

EDIT: Perhaps This thing, Immortality (in our current bodies), could be an EGO issue?

Tbh having to live up to 500 years already seems like worst thing to happen. Cause you get to see your friends or your pets die… While you alive. Sure you can get your partner some field as well but you really can’t give it to all :woman_shrugging:

My uncle lived up to 110. He died I think 7 - 10 years ago. Can’t really remember but it’s around that

When he told my parents that he wished to die… It made all of us sad why he wish for it like that.

He said that ( what’s there for me. All my friends are gone. I’m too old. My childrens got older too. And I’m the older of all of them)

He died in a peaceful way. His face resting smiling as well.

He lived through the war. To watch the independent day forming. To see lot of generation coming. It’s sad but at the same time it’s beautiful.

How history were made. And lived through it. Then telling your kids. Ahhh im just emotional typing this

Well, we already experience grief as mortals, although “forever” would be quite a long time without seeing our dear ones … still, as immortals we might find different ways to communicate with different realms and spirits, including those of our dear ones (wherever they might be) (?), just an idea.

EDIT: he must have been tired, reaching that age, especially tired of suffering…
EDIT: he saw and lived through so many things … God bless your uncle’s soul, in whatever shape or form he may be and in whatever realm he is!

EDIT: Perhaps God decided that the best way to evolve for all souls would be to change, not to live forever in the same body, idk.

3 Super Powers to rule them all:

#1 Immortality (replaces also Healing Ability)

#2 Mind Control (replaces also Shape Shifting, Telepathy)

#3 Time Manipulation (replaces also Teleportation, Flight, Super Speed, Telekinesis, Super Strength, Cloning because time is bound to space and vice versa, and much more…)

Well, I guess that by controlling someone elese’s mind, you can make that person see you as you wish, you can make yourself appear strong or however you want, to/in their mind, I guess, so it can be interpreted as a replacement (?)

Yeah, let’s say that immortality replaces physical healing, although I’m not so sure, but how about psychological diseases/traumas/troubles? I don’t think that I would like to be immortal and sick in any way, but again, we can interpret immortality or any superpower however we want; for me, healing (myself and others - that’s the complete package) is an amazing power. Idk

Well, overall, I would have to agree with you, what other combo would be better (of course, subjectively, each person has his/her own needs and desires)?
