I fast 23 hours and have one meal most days. The two audios that I love are:

• Pranic Swirl - gives me a big boost when I feel a little low on energy
• For the Skeptic - this gives a major caffeine boost, I avoid this after 2 pm

We are trying to get back to our pre-Covid routine of Intermittent Fasting - one meal a day.

What are some of the fields that you think are helpful?

• Energy fields to curb hunger (probably Photosynthesis)
• IBS and Nutrients absorption fields to soothe digestion and make the best of the meal
