That’s crazy though, @Nice2knowU. I use Trustee Wallet ever since that Venly bug that switched all our NFTs around. But even with this wallet once in a while my NFTs seem to disappear but when I refresh over and over for like 20 mins they appear again.

no, unless the wallet is hosted in their platform.
@Nice2knowU are you 100% you put in the correct address or do you think it was hijacked?
think you can do a malware scan on your pc and see if you got anything? cause it’s indeed strange… they’ll have to prove you entered that wallet… maybe requesting a log of what was put in can be of value. I think think the system might’ve messed that up but got to be open to any possibility.

maybe the wallet you created in venly is not a polygon, if it is not a polygon the nft does not appear, so only by transferring that wallet to the polygon network will you be able to see your nft. It happened to me when I got the philosopher’s stone, my wallet was imx, so the nft was invisible, as if it had never arrived. I did not know that the wallet should be in the polygon network for the nft from sapien medicine.
