If so, how many days/months would one need to listen to it? Any vague estimate is enough for me. Also, do most other frequencies also have permanent results?

I don’t think that the Attention and Focus audio is permanent. It is like the Superhuman Genius field in the sense that it is temporary and has no long term effects on your brain’s attention levels.
There are other frequencies that provide permanent results, you just have to figure them out individually. For example, the Brain Enhancement audio has permanent effect on the brain the more you use it. The Eye Regeneration audio is also an example of a permanent. You just have to use a bit of logic and understanding to figure out which ones are permanent and which ones are not.

Oh? But I read in the description that the vid actually forms new neural connections in the brain. Would that not count as a permanent effect?

Yes it will form new connections, but your brain won’t permanently have the effects of the audio. The audio hits the prefrontal cortex with BDNF and NGF. The increase in BDNF and NGF is temporary, not permanent.
