So my stack is kinda long, about 15 or so fields plus a couple nfts and Its been about 1 to 2 months of conistent listening and im seeing okayish results but not everything and thats okay considering its only been 2 months lol, obvsiously need to be more patient to see more.
only thing I’m worried about is that I’m not gonna see those full results ever as maybe I’m listenning to many fields, I rarely feel overwhelmed though.

Couple of months is good to get something, I know several examples when people have 24hr stacks and achieve their desired results with some extra, just requires more consistency.
Generally if you start feeling sleepy or slowed down without a reason, that’s some overload approaching, otherwise it’s fine.
You can safely have self love mini stack added which will also enhance everything given enough time.

The day of the break or the day after the break do you notice some results to be more distinct?

If you feel something is up in this area maybe try some integration fields, i’ve read there are many.
Oooo acutally interegating fields might be a shout, I listen to kinetic quasi crystal tho thats more of a booster. does grounding count as an integrator? idk I’ll look into it i might get acu acumation as a sale is on atm
I am no expert to say really. Grounding can help but I assume it depends on your case. I would say maybe wait for someone more proficient to chime in…
Just don’t stress about it too much, mindset is very important 
Better use what you think is good and not worry.
And with time your tolerance will increase to handle more fields without overload.
I think I’m just gonna be patient and carry on working towards my goals as well as consitently listening, idk maybe get a intergrating field
