is there any advantage in using the audios on Patreon over YouTube?
And if I download them from Patreon, is the quality okay? Or should I use them on Patreon and not download them?

You can download from Patreon, they will work 100%.

The quality is good, they are intended for download.
I have not noticed much if any real difference between Patreon and YouTube videos in terms of strength. Sometimes the audio is different. Sometimes you can WATCH the YouTube version, which may (especially in the highest definition) be stronger if you’re actually paying attention meditatively.
For background play, identical, IMHO.

So then I will use the audios via YouTube, when there is no reduction quality wise.
I’m just listening while doing some other stuff like reading, brushing teeth or something like that. So not paying attention meditatively. I hope this shouldn’t be a problem?
Meditaing while listening to a field would increase it’s efficency
Actually it doesn’t change the field, but your receptivness to it
Having said that, it is not mandatory

No problems. I use all the Patreon stuff on a low volume on Play Music on my phone.
If I’m actually going to pay attention and there’s a Youtube video, I’ll open that so I can focus on the animation.

good idea i’ll definitely try that during my meditations.
i usually stick to the Patren downloadable mp3s because i like to loop playlists. for me, youtube sometimes stops my audio.

I was going to start my own post on this and still might but first I’ll try asking on this post, are there many more fields on Patreon that are not on Youtube? I am trying to decide whether to join the patreon or not.

Yes there are.
There are exclusive ones.
Ones that got removed from YouTube also.
Either way, regardless of what is there. You support a wonderful person.
