Along with vpn, try changing your patreon shipping address to a US address in your account settings. It worked for me.

No, I do not have DOM, ABP, Brain Game or Wholistic Thinking yet. The last brain field purchased was Brain Key, and for the time being I’m pairing it with Alchemical Revision of Genius. I bet Drops is great stacked with Speed Reading, thanks for the tip.
