For me I only take hydrolysed whey protein which is easier on my stomach and quickly digesting. Its good if you have good nutrition after your workout and you are good but again depending on individuals.

Hey, so I just bought this one here. I also read the whole thread to find out some things. So you guys say to listen to it before the training? Or what is your best way to go? Like everyday 3 times 1 hour before the training? After my training I always listen to ā€žextreme muscle growthā€œ can I still listen to it when I start with 20E Pepper? Or will they collide?

Yeah 1h before training is fine.

And they also dont clash/collide since they both target the same goal just with different approaches.

Hello, itā€™s been a long time since I first joined this forum, but today Iā€™m back with a question that keeps my curiosity.
My question is if the audio 20EPepper is better and more efficient than the audios on patreon SARMS? Since itā€™s on gumroad and its price is much higher. Still I am somewhat confused since to my understanding SARMS audios should be better since SARMS are more potent than the components of the 20EPepper field, such as ecdysterone.

From the description of 20EPepper:

IOW, itā€™s a different mode of action. Itā€™s not the same as the SARMs. Whether itā€™s better and more efficient, thatā€™s going to be a personal thing. Everyone is different.

According to this article, those who made gains from Ecdysterone consumed it post workout on the days that they were training. food (or should I say supplement) for thought

Well, after reading the experiment correctly, it says they took ā€žhalf of the supplements in the morningā€œ before training, and the other half ā€žafter the trainingā€œ and on restdays in the evening.

So i think one should listen to it before and after the training.

So 1 loop in the morning, and then 1 loop post training on training days if we want to follow what they did.

Yeah, I noticed before or after didnā€™t matter much. The field stays with you for quite some time.

In the past few months, Iā€™ve been told a few times that I have good muscle growth for my weight, which is around 170 lbs, by other lifters
I like listening to this field twice before hitting the gym or even just listening to my workout fields. I sometimes play while I workout, and I can say this has increased how much I sweat a few times lol. You can feel the power of the capsaicin increasing blood flow and heating up. My whole goal with muscle building is recomp, which I believe this field could help greatly with. Consider playing this after or before muscle beyond limits to activate the muscle/satellite cells

When I first read this, it made me start pinching the skin around my biceps whenever I play it lol. Feeling for that glass thin skin. My whole arm gets way harder when I use this with my workouts. Sometimes this alone makes the muscles pump up

Pretty sure we all need to chill out here :D just gifts upon gifts and each combination delivers an even better outcome :))

Iā€™d totally recommend you getting this field and pairing it with the Swords of Adipose, for me itā€™s the most effective combination for what it does. This field has a special mechanism into it tooā€¦ Itā€™s the first of its kind to work with estrogen receptors. Whenever Iā€™m in a rush and I feel like Iā€™d look better with a pound or 2 off I always turn this one on and give it a couple good rounds :)) But donā€™t ask me for how long :'D

I also love how it works on both muscles and fat tissues at the same time! The end result is always a nice lean frame with this!

Also I personally love anything with heat in it :smiley:

Thatā€™s really good to hear. Iā€™m at my ideal weight, I do workout but I could use some help to fine tune my fitness, especially with a sedentary job and long work hours. My one concern it whether this field/supplement would impact the fatty deposits where you do want them. I still want to keep my curves, so Iā€™m thinking that might be a matter of dosageā€¦ right?
