I think it’s more like do minimal work and cut fat and be shredded with a lot vascularity, but the expert could tell more.

You don’t need crazy amount of protein
For me i barely even get 100-120g a day and still make good progress
This field helps the process to gain muscle along with a good workout regimen and diet.
In my case I don’t even go beyond that

Actually, very helpful to women as well. Although this is for muscle growth but in a more moderate level. Good for cutting and getting lean/toned.
One of the first things dream told me while making this field is that it’s great for women who don’t want to get jacked up but want to get toned/fit.
Going to have to try this out! I also have the swords of adipose annihilation, but haven’t noticed much. Should I replace with this?
If you’re looking to lose weight, I don’t think this will go about better achieving that. But I do think both of these audios would work very well together.

Agreed! People sometimes go crazy with the amount of Protein consumption.
Also, the form of protein matters - some are more bio-available than others and this changes from person to person. I used to drink some Casein after workout and my body did not like it one bit. Experienced a high level of body inflammation, no muscle gains and just problems. Now switched to plant based protein and that seems to work well for me.
