Ok, I’m getting results from this field. Firstly I have to say, I’m using my post workout stack pretty religiously as well as the workout fields 3-4. We’re in lockdown here and I’ve been really sick… my diet has been rubbish. But since adding this field, I’m feeling all the tone come back, like that first couple of weeks in the gym after a layoff. I’m feeling pumped, and even slightly jacked :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: also, looking better in the mirror. Can’t wait to add muscles beyond limits

I just walked a block to a coffee place and a block back (around a 10 minute walk) and it’s 88° F and im absolutely soaked in sweat lol i realized this field has been playing the whole way back in my pregym playlist

Going to finally give this field a try today at the gym! First day back in like what? 2 or 3 months i think… Can’t wait! :)

This one definitely makes me sweat more than usual. Since using it, my muscles feel more tight, solid. I use this one kind of randomly. Family, is this best used before working out?

I can’t remember if this one produces rna changes like twitch in time or not - I do think before is best. I honestly have been having a hard time keeping a small playlist and being consistent with all these amazing muscle + other fields. Need to start using this again!
