I understand the need in wanting to catch up fast, but if you’re aiming for growth, then logically you may also need rest. Listen to your body.

Burnout, little results, at best. Would you have a nervous system to work with left at all? All growth happens in cycles. Tide comes in, tide goes out. 2 steps forward, one step back. Short term you can cheat this, but not get anywhere close to long term results with a more natural approach. You have to rest. How to be consistently gaining and resting? How to be in motion and at rest at the same time? It’s like squaring the circle, it’s an artform. Science gives way to art which goes back and forth with each other, and when it oscillates quickly and in sync, out appears magic! Daily use, doesn’t imply need to listen 24x7 to same or very similar audios. It’s better to interleave subliminals with fields to make breaks and add a lot of Brain Regeneration overnight if you listen for many hours. Also same techniques like gratefulness meditation or Star Reiki or dedicated square breathing are known to improve experience of both fields and subs.
