24X7 no break for 5 years

I have a morphic field track for my physical development… To be precise… Physical growth.

I listen to it for 24 hours, 7 days a week. Give no break. I listen to it overnight. I listen to it all day. No break for 24 hours…
Actually no break for 5 years.
Please tell me after 5 long years, what will be my state on day number 1 after 5 long years of no break listening.

I recommend getting a mandala version instead of 24x7x365x5 listening timeline. Unless it’s something all-inclusive, but even then 5 years and 24hrs a day sounds like overkill.

I don’t know, but you would be missing out on other gems that deserve to be listened aswell

Yeah. I may take the recommendation but what would the listening do to me and my state after 5 years

It depends on the audio, if you listen on speakers, lowest volume you probably aren’t going to get listener fatigue. Such spamming should integrate effects earlier than in a year usually, doesn’t mean you will not experience something further on, yet it should be something really big, all encompassing, probably with a lot of genetic enhancements to benefit from such listening schedule.

No, I mean, in all seriousness, don’t do that. With anything.
Don’t do anything non-stop for an absurd length of time. You will be so extremely out of balance or worse. I can’t even imagine the consequences to be honest.

5 years = 1825 days = 43800 hours = 2628000 minutes = 157680000 seconds

Why not try a healthy approach and adhere to the daily listening recommendation here on the forum ( each field 2-3 times per day)?

Starting from the imagination that you are going to have time to listen to it every day, the most likely thing is that if you are like 99% of people, you feel tired when listening to it with
that regimen after a week. I can’t imagine living a life or surviving with such low energy levels. Likewise, it is good to remember that life time advances linearly and you cannot go back all the time used. Regarding the effects, if you trust the fields of sapiens and you will be so disciplined, use it every day before going to sleep and when you wake up about 2 times. Use it for 5 years and tell us your experiences because I think you would be the only person in the world to be so disciplined to do it daily for so long. Probably within the first 2 years you will get great results. Please tell us your testimony.

Or you can expand your energy system, listen 2-3 hours and rest, test your threshold limit, and repeat.

I understand the need in wanting to catch up fast, but if you’re aiming for growth, then logically you may also need rest. Listen to your body.

Spend the time to appreciate yourself, detach from the need to get the improvement you want and you’ll see much bigger progress.

I like the enthusiasm though, I remember testing myself playing 24/7 for a month, it was draining but I built my resistance.

Dude, don’t tell me it’s manly man

Bro, that comment had me crying.

No way you came that fast to respond too.

Manly man thread is a work of art. I have never laughed so much in my life.

I moreso imagine that you begin energetically tuning it out and it may lessen your experience. It’s probably better if you listened actively with it, for example meditating on the audio every day. Eventually the things we experience all day every day become noise and gets shut in the background.

It is LOL. Like seriously.

Well, gotta appreciate the level of commitment.

Just remember that sometimes less is more.

Burnout, little results, at best. Would you have a nervous system to work with left at all? All growth happens in cycles. Tide comes in, tide goes out. 2 steps forward, one step back. Short term you can cheat this, but not get anywhere close to long term results with a more natural approach. You have to rest. How to be consistently gaining and resting? How to be in motion and at rest at the same time? It’s like squaring the circle, it’s an artform. Science gives way to art which goes back and forth with each other, and when it oscillates quickly and in sync, out appears magic! Practicing with the field, passive and active listening, resting and repeating on a consistent basis is the key. We’re not machines and thank God for that.

You won’t be able to keep up. You WILL feel so exhausted after a while that you’ll be forced to drop it
