Can you plz record them more and see how theta changes over time? Just doing it once can’t be enough to see that much of a difference. It would be interesting to see how it changes over days or weeks.

Gamma is good for information and sensorial processing and memory.
But I don’t know if it’s so good having it as predominant.

Yes it comes, with the old app that comes with one can set their own frequencies too with a timer for each, i havent update to the new app bevause there was a few modifitions and not sure if one can setup its own custom

I have used mainly for meditation and it works fast, you can feel the difference when the brainwaves drops from beta to alpha then theta etc. Many times it knock me out, like hours passed but only minutes and makes you wonder what just happen, it such a great tool for brain training lolol
It works great for other neurologic problems, there is a facebook group with many great reviews from other peoples experiencies if you want to check it out

what kind of EEG at home machine are you using? Would you recommend it? I have been browsing the available headsets but it is hard to tell what is good and what isnt o.O
I would just like something to measure, not necessarily with the added fancy functionalities.
