I thought so. I knew the effects I was noticing from listening through my phone mono speaker was not placebo lol.

What effects did you get via your mobile phone mono speaker?

Well i can sense my brainwaves altering quickly. I’ll notice my brainwaves shifting, either speeding up or slowing down depending on the audio I’m listening to. Also depending on which state i was in before playing the audio.

I also use Lilly wave and scalar field Frequency modulations.

Energetic audios seem to be more powerful than binaural and isochronic tones.
I wonder if you could mix them.

Binaural beats don’t work with speakers.

Yes that’s right. But the energetically programmed part of the audio should change your brainwave states. And using headphones would probably make the experience better.

Wow that’s awesome and very detailed. I like your studies and presentations. Please keep us posted with any more findings if you continue with it. Thanks :ok_hand:

You will be very relaxed and calm if you practiced theta meditation very often.
The best is meditation combining delta, theta, alpha and even beta.

You should buy a mind machine.
I have one but not use it very often.
But It’s good and comes with an editor to create your audios.
Mind machines use both audio and a flash glass, so it’s more effective than just listening.
There is an app in google play named mindroid than emulates a mind machines with no need for glasses or by a cardboard.

There are many brainwaves meditation systems that could help you.
I don’t know if I can name them.

I tried Brainev and it’s good and effective.
They uses a patented technology with three layers, combining isochronics and binaural beats.
But it’s a long program of 6 audios, one month long each one (30 minutes).

Have you tried Lilly waves? Invented by John c Lilly? I use those and they work great. Also you can try Scalar frequency modulation. You just need to build a Tesla coil or spend some money.

Yes, Sapien seems to be more effective but Brainwaves are still good.
I noticed a lot of benefits with Brainev, such as memory recall, less intrusive thoughts.
I don’t know about why EEG seems to be the same.
