Hello, I am new to this and I need a little help, I have made one playlist for each of the following topics -
1. Weight Loss 2. Alpha Male (hormones) 3. Brain Enhancement
Each of the playlists have 5-6 videos.
Should I listen to only one topic playlist for a few weeks then proceed to next or can I listen to them simultaneously on various days? (like weight loss on Monday and Tuesday, then alpha male for the next 2 days and brain enhancement for the next 2 days.)
Will this affect the speed of my results?

But I read that if they are not physical/ permanent results we want, then we can listen to more than 1 topic and alpha male one is a hormonal topic so I think I can wait for the brain enhancement for now and listen to those 2 only
for me everything is very powerfull and I don’t need to listen that much or overwork them. If I listen to wight loss I will lose weight fast if its mental audios like trauma or forgiveness or etheric cord cutter I will get results fast. The thing with fast results its the overwhelming feelings I get. If you are doing fine with your everyday life and still listen to more than 4 physical and other mental audios its really fine. I think it’s best to listen to your mind soul and spirit for the efficiency and the power of these topics

I think you are right, I sometimes don’t feel like listening, now I understand that it was because I was exhausted. I will focus only on the weight loss playlist for now and see how it goes because I really need to loose 20 pounds!!!
If you want any advice for weight loss from me that I lost 40 kilos its that you need to take micronutrients. Take a multivitamin and don’t change any of your diet if you listen to the audios. You will lose weight anyways without losing your balance.
Could you please tell me which videos you listened to and what food you took?
btw I am just 17 so I want to reduce weight in the most natural way possible without loosing any muscles
I did cardio two times every week and weightlifted 3 times. Twice upper body, once lower body
Didn’t hear any workout audios but as I read in a bodybuilding topic its really good to listen while you work out
the calorie intake was really irrelevant for me. The thing that matter was to be full and take the protein I needed, didn’t have any problem mesuring the carbs and fat.
Also if you listen to hormone audios be careful with the timing. For me the best timing to listen to estrogen reducer was 1 hour before gym and I tried testosterone while doing walking before lifting.Tried it one time before bed and I didn’t get any sleep because it gave me too much energy
