Woke up past 3 a.m. and had to do several chores at home, including preparing breakfast for our small family. I drank just a few glasses from my pitcher and continued with my daily, hectic activities but I did not feel drained, to my surprise since before drinking this, I always needed some rest midday. I did not need a nap and it’s almost 4 pm here. I feel alert with more energy to spare.
