Has anyone experienced benefits meditating with 432 hz or converting their personal music to those frequency which I do myself.

I’ve seen that the video where 440 and 432 hz vibrations within water molecules. Water molecules vibrating at 432 hz looks more harmonious than 440 hz. I think 432 hz make it easier to listen to music without giving our mind when I do listen to 440 hz music for long periods of time. My subconcious can’t take it anymore so I switched the music off when I convert my music to 432 hz it sounds a lot clearer and more mellow or harmonious to my ears.

Thanks what are the values to change the track’s speed within audacity so I can convert it from 432 to 448 hz.

432 Hz to 448 Would logically be 3.636‬. But how has 448 Hz helped you I’ve just read that is related to the third eye chakra. Has it helped open your third eye?

Makes sense for me 432 hz. Relaxes my mind puts it more in a flow state mode than just overthinking I’ll have to listen to music at 448 hz. I’ll let you know how it benefits me.

I myself must admit that I am a bit confused about this whole frequency-stuff. I know about binaural beats but that’s something completely different.
Is there any link between this and these “Solfeggio frequencies”? Do they actually work?
If I remember correctly, 432hz is connected to them, but I’m not sure

I listen to the songs on my phone at 432Hz .

I don’t know much about a possible healing part of it , but I can confirm that listening at 432Hz definitely gives me a more calming effect. It seems like listening at 440Hz leaves me amped up too much , and I don’t like that feeling, so I am sticking with listening to songs at 432Hz.

And also , I just seem to like the sound of the songs better at 432Hz.

Do you guys mean regular songs? Can you tune your songs to 432hz frequency?

Yes. You can convert standard songs to 432 hz tempermant within Audacity.

You can actually download an app from the playstore for listening to the downloaded music in 432hz.

I convert my audios to 432hz.

This is one of those “if you know you know” videos.

TBH I suspect it would have been very powerful regardless of what frequency I converted the song to.

It’s like a Schuman feeling of just grounding and at ease with oneself.

this makes me think of the music made by jon peniel…i noticed he tunes his music to 432…i noticed it by accident while playing my guitar because i tuned it to 432 at the time…and whenever i hear a nice song that i want to play along with on my guitar, i would always have to tune back up to 440… but once i found jon peniel’s music, i realized i didnt have to retune because he tunes to 432 as well…

that period of my life was very mystical…i retuned all my music to 432 and just kept listening to it over and over…i was living in my car at the time, but there were so many coincidences in my life that happened to me during that time like lots of blessings…

looking back now, i noticed those blessings stopped when i stopped listening to 432…i guess i gave into the pressure of people i made music with saying “why you tune it to that, only a few people would want to hear it” so i havent played 432 for a few years…

i just recently tuned my guitar to 432 again…hoping to get back to the blessings again lol
