2-3 times in a row/per day is enough. It’s strong (you may read the related thread on the forum). Watch your reactions closely. Ground yourself if needed (with Schumann Resonance or Automated Grounding or Tree Experience).

As for the others, personally I looped Acupressure and Spa Days album for 3-4 hours per day/night but it’s always better to read the amount prescribed in the descriptions.

If nothing’s indicated, start with small doses.
