go to the website and find them, i had to do that too, the url probably changed so the link no longer works, but the articles are still there
@SammyG you gave example in the course that āI love appleā there are three words and each of them are individual concepts. However what you do think about conceptualizing I love apple into one single concept? It feels easier this way
Of course. I mention the three concepts as a way to learn how to conceptually think. Starting point to learn how to conceptually think.
But āI love applesā can easily just be felt/thought up as one concept.
Just think of an apple. You mentally think how much you like an apple and how you express gratitude with it. You mentally projecting that gratitude. So what is gratitude? What is the feeling of gratitude? You know when you receive some things good. You feel good about it. Project that mentally. With an apple as well
Yeah, the feeling of āloving an appleā already encompasses all the information and experiene of āappleā, āloveā, āyouā, āits tasteā etc.
Thatās why feelings are the most conceptual language to communicate with the subconscious mind.
Iāve dipped my toe into the idea/topic of conceptual thinking many times, only to put it away for another day, as it felt overwhelming or just could not fully commit to thinking it through.
After reading this thread and doing some quick exercises mentally, I feel the way I am making sense of it and it really doesnāt have to be complicated (I tell myself.)
Iām finding that itās okay (and easiest, for me) to hold an image as an anchor, but then as you begin breathing more information seems to attach itself to the image whether through you intending in experiencing xyz āI love applesā or, I feel the reverse can happen. If a tree or person or situation is your target, you might start with a name or photo (something not conceptual) and then all the other (conceptual?) information flows
I do these things all the time, and Iām going to assume this is conceptual thinking. I think I talked myself out of it because I would begin with something concrete first.
Conceptual information is another world for mental or psychic information, correct?
It is a type of processing; as I am best describing and understanding
Still working through my thoughts, I hope I am on the right track. Even more so that i am properly explaining what Iām getting at.
please feel free to point me to greater heights and better understanding
