idk why but I found this funny. It’s like my picture when squidward became too handsome and all people adored him and chased him but it makes him harder to function in real life cause too much attention he getting and he wish to be the old version of him again

But if it’s ratio then it supposed to make you look handsome according to the scale of it. The mewing is working on your tongue muscles. I don’t think it has something to do with jaw directly. Cause I been mewing for 3 years. That automated mewing only targeting your tongue muscle. Or I might be wrong. But yea. And it supposedly widen yout maxillary bone as well

That one is great. You have Schumann Resonance and Tree Experience as alternatives too. Or even:
Classical options: walking barefoot on some earth, grass, etc., hugging a tree, putting your feet on a tree, holding some crystals (the quartz family is specifically good at it)…
One simple exercise: you stand on your 2 feet (slightly apart from each other) and bend your knees a little. Then you unbend/bend again (like a spring, you know) while feeling your feet solidly on the ground.
Many kinds of movement work because they balance your brain activity.
Another personal fave (may not work for everyone): grilling some bread and then putting some olive oil, lemon and thyme on it.

You said you mixed all kind of fields and mewing from Sapien, i dont know what the other fields are or if they were from other creators, but for Sapiens fields to become permanent (and not all of them could be permanent) it needs a year or more of constant daily listening depending on how much change its needed for them to be permanent.
Mewing was released just like a month ago or so, so if you simply stop listening to it, it will start going back to the beginning point. So just wait.
As for other creators, youll have to contact them directly because they use different techniques and results are different.
Good luck and for the future, be sure what you want before jumping on a journey you will no want later then find yourself in this situation specially with body changes.
