That one is great. You have Schumann Resonance and Tree Experience as alternatives too. Or even:
Classical options: walking barefoot on some earth, grass, etc., hugging a tree, putting your feet on a tree, holding some crystals (the quartz family is specifically good at it)…
One simple exercise: you stand on your 2 feet (slightly apart from each other) and bend your knees a little. Then you unbend/bend again (like a spring, you know) while feeling your feet solidly on the ground.
Many kinds of movement work because they balance your brain activity.
Another personal fave (may not work for everyone): grilling some bread and then putting some olive oil, lemon and thyme on it.
