Excuse me, I am a fan of a sub maker called Lilith-audio from China, and I sincerely apologise that I was involved in her group purchasing drama and I feel so guilty .
We have group purchased 4 products as far as I know. They are “Negentropic Maxilla Masterwork”, “the Reiki Smart Field”,” The Womanly Woman” and “Divine beauty”. For each of these, Lilith has multiple different groups and for each group there were hundreds of people participating.
So I guess every product is shared with at least 200 people and I still remember that Negentropic Maxilla Masterwork group purchasing was organised three time so i guess 500 people in total on this one. Lilith claimed that she only charges the same amount to everyone and the total money will be equal to the price of one product on sapien medicine’s gumroad that she wanted to purchased .Like Negentropic Maxilla Masterwork, in our group she charged 5 CNY=0.7 USD per capita, however when I have conversations with others in other group, we were charged differently.
We, except for Lilith herself, did not know at the time of the group purchase that it was opportunistic and infringing on sapien’s rights (in fact most of us did not know at first that sapien was selling audios on gumroad…). The first group purchase was made by herself in her own fan group, and she said that Mr. sapien allowed it (she said that all audio could be group purchased except for those with black labels).
In fact she usually strongly urges people to protect copyright in her own fan group, like saying no sharing to others again, but we didn’t expect her to take advantage of her fans’ trust and do knowingly infringing behaviour.
When she communicated with Mr. sapien via email yesterday, she shifted the responsibility to those of us who didn’t know about it beforehand, and unfortunately, we passively became the same knowingly guilty people as her. In fact there are very few people who like to speculate and violate the rights of others like this. I hope Mr. sapien will not think badly of Chinese listeners because of this, we respect and trust Mr. sapien.
I still have some questions about past audio purchases, so I came here to ask.
First of all, Lilith said that Mr. sapien will discuss with her how to sell the audios in China, and her fans said that she and Mr. sapien are about to getting into a partnership to cooperate on subliminals, does that mean that Mr. sapien you forgive her and give her authorisation? She also said those audios we purchased together are still valid, is that true? If it is not allowed and she lied to us, I promise I will delete all those audio files entirely and permanently.
Also, when she organised the group purchase, she charged more than the audio itself, and part of the extra money was used to subscribe your patreon channel and to download the audios from your patreon and send them to us, and part of the extra money was used to buy the product named the Reiki Smart Field and send it to us (some of us paid for that and the others get it freely). I would like to know if this is allowed? Does it work if I use the audio from patreon and the Reiki Smart Field?
Lastly, she said that “Divine beauty” is the work of someone in the sapien medicine team, is that true? The others say that this creation belong to an other subliminal maker called Psychic University.
Again, I apologise to Mr. sapien and the author of Divine beauty, we didn’t mean to infringe your rights, and I’m so sorry for the trouble we caused you guys.
