Absolute Confidence (Private)

Are you tired of missed opportunities and second-guessing yourself? Have you sometime wanted to try something out of your comfort zone, go for a challenge, or asking a girl out, but felt paralysed from inside? Let me introduce The Absolute Confidence.

Confidence is essentially your belief in your own abilities. It’s that internal assurance telling you that you can do something, whether it’s completing a task, making a decision, or interacting with others. But it’s more than just a feeling; it’s a mental state influenced by a blend of past experiences, cognitive processes, and even biological factors.

On a psychological level, confidence is closely related to self-efficacy, or your belief in your ability to achieve specific outcomes. The higher your self-efficacy, the more effort you’re likely to put into tasks, and the more resilient you are in the face of challenges. Psychological theories, like those stemming from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, aim to boost confidence by identifying and challenging self-defeating thoughts and behaviors, thereby replacing them with more constructive ones.

From a neurological standpoint, confidence has to do with the interplay of neurotransmitters in the brain, mainly dopamine and serotonin. These chemicals play critical roles in mood regulation, motivation, and decision-making. For example, dopamine is often associated with reward pathways in the brain, and higher levels can make you feel good about your abilities and judgments. This creates a feedback loop: succeeding in a task boosts your dopamine levels, which in turn raises your confidence, making you more likely to take on and succeed at future challenges.

Biologically, confidence isn’t just in your head; it shows in your body. Your posture, your eye contact, the firmness of your handshake—all are nonverbal cues that convey confidence. Some studies suggest that even adopting postures that are expansive and open can influence hormone levels, particularly testosterone and cortisol, to make you feel more confident. It’s almost as if your body can influence your mind, just as your mind influences your body.

From a spiritual perspective, confidence can be seen as an expression of your inner life force or energy. In various traditions, practices like meditation, energy work, or focusing on chakras aim to cultivate a sense of inner strength that manifests as confidence. Here, confidence is not just an individual psychological state but connected to broader universal energies or principles.

Confidence isn’t just a simple, standalone concept; it’s interconnected with various aspects of life, influenced by a myriad of factors from your neurotransmitters to your spiritual beliefs. It’s a crucial component of human experience that is endlessly fascinating to dissect, understand, and cultivate.

The implications of confidence stretch far and wide. Personally, being confident can dramatically improve your quality of life, from career success to personal relationships. It often allows you to take calculated risks, which is key to innovation and leadership. Yet, confidence is a double-edged sword. Too much can tip over into arrogance or lead to poor decisions, both ethical and practical. It’s also social currency; how you present yourself can have a profound impact on how you’re perceived, which in turn affects your interactions, from the workplace to social circles.

With this project, we aimed to max out our confidence levels naturally and reasonably, directly with the 1. Main field, then indirectly by improving traits that have a lot to do with confidence or indirectly help, together with removal of personal limiting factors that may keep u down, enhanced with some underlying factors that impact confidence even further. And also, added self-responsibility and self-awareness to nullify any sort of negative effects that someone may associate with confidence.

This intelligent field directly energetically pushes your confidence and self-esteem towards greater heights. Your confidence gets nourished and built up on conscious and subconscious level. This intention goes through your entire being building the new confident you.

More Info

Confidence and self-esteem both contribute to your sense of self and your ability to navigate life’s challenges effectively. They work in tandem to bolster your psychological well-being. Confidence often enhances your self-esteem by reinforcing your belief in your abilities, while a strong sense of self-esteem can make it easier to feel confident in specific situations. Together, they empower you to take calculated risks, face challenges head-on, and pursue opportunities for growth and fulfillment. They act as mutually reinforcing pillars that support a healthy, balanced self-image and an overall positive outlook on life.

Supported by:

Self-encouragement

The practice of motivating yourself to achieve goals or overcome challenges. Instead of relying on external validation, you use positive affirmations, self-talk, or actions to boost your own confidence and drive. It’s like being your own cheerleader, helping you move forward even when things get tough.

Natural Self-Love

Self-love is the practice of caring for and valuing oneself, both emotionally and physically. It involves treating yourself with the same kindness and understanding that you would offer to someone you care about. Self-love is not just about feeling good; it’s about making choices that foster growth and well-being. It serves as a foundation for healthy relationships, resilience, and a fulfilling life.

In essence, self-love is a crucial form of self-care and a cornerstone for overall emotional health. This nourishes your relationship towards yourself, how you approach, handle and view yourself.

Self-acceptance and self-respect

Self-acceptance is the recognition and embracing of your own qualities, including strengths and weaknesses. It involves a kind of internal agreement where you say “yes” to who you are, without harsh judgment or desire to be different.

On the other hand, self-respect is about valuing yourself and your time, making choices that reflect this valuation. It means setting boundaries, standing up for yourself, and not settling for less than you deserve. Both self-acceptance and self-respect are crucial for a balanced sense of self and are often interlinked: accepting yourself can lead to respecting yourself more, and vice versa.

2. Inner Strength and Inner Drive

This field strengthens the inner you, the solid mental foundation, while increases your inner drive, your force with which you push through life easier and are able to involve yourself more fully.

More Info

Inner strength refers to a reserve of mental and emotional fortitude that allows you to face challenges and difficulties with resilience and poise. It’s like an internal backbone that helps you stand tall regardless of external circumstances. Inner strength can be cultivated over time through experiences, mindfulness practices, and by overcoming challenges. It provides the emotional and mental stability required to navigate life’s ups and downs, serving as a sort of psychological anchor.

Inner drive, on the other hand, is the internal motivation that pushes you toward action and achievement. It’s the fire inside you that fuels your ambition, goals, and the will to work hard for what you want. Unlike external motivators such as money or recognition, inner drive comes from within and is often tied to personal values, passions, or a sense of purpose. It’s the engine that propels you forward, even when the going gets tough or when external rewards are not immediately apparent.

Both inner strength and inner drive are interconnected and complement each other. Inner strength provides the stability and resilience needed to weather challenges and setbacks, while inner drive supplies the motivational push to pursue goals and enact change. Together, they form a potent combination for achieving a fulfilling, well-rounded life.

Supported by:

Hero-like Courage

Direct increase in courage in line of confidence and other stuff.

Remember, courage is not having no fear, but being able to not surrender despite any fear.

Iron Will

Taking your life a bit more to your own hands.

The willpower gets supercharged and the ability overall built-up. This will make any pushing through easier.

Confident mindset

A confident mindset is a mental approach where you have a strong belief in your own abilities and potential. This is not just a hopeful outlook; it’s an internal conviction that you can handle challenges and achieve your goals. While this mindset draws from your past experiences and self-awareness, it also allows you to tackle new challenges and risks with a positive, proactive attitude.

And finally:

3. Removal of all inner blockages

Our inner blockages can manifest in many different ways. It can be fears, phobias, limiting beliefs, self-sabotage thought forms, bad thinking habits/patterns (incl. negative self-talk), too much perfectionism, unhealthy attachment to past experiences, etc.

Supported by:

Increased Self-awareness

Self-awareness, alias better and deeper knowing ourselves is introduced, to be further in tune with ourselves and our potential.

Emotional Mastery

Emotional mastery refers to the ability to understand, manage, and effectively use your emotions to your advantage. It involves recognizing emotional triggers, regulating emotional responses, and making choices that align with your goals rather than being impulsively driven by emotions.

Responsibility, Self-accountability

How is this NFT performing folks? This seems like the newest and most focused field product for self love and confidence.

I have it put aside for now, but will get back to it once and if I don’t forget, will get back to you.

Will be using it together with related fields from Psychic University, Way of Cobra, and other.

I have been using it continuously for a month, and every night I loop the audio. The feeling this NFT gives me is like a subtle influence, although it could also be due to my energy system not being strong enough to immediately manifest its effects.

Well, in summary, this is my experience:

The first noticeable effect is a direct boost in confidence. For example, when I wake up in the morning facing numerous tasks and plans, I never, never feel anxious and can consistently persist and remain calm throughout the tasks, as if I suddenly have an abundance of patience. Additionally, even when I was well-prepared and maybe had good outcomes for public speaking, I would still Inevitably feel inner trepidation and tension, or worried about making mistakes.

But since acquiring the NFT, such occasions no longer challenge me at all, because I genuinely feel from the heart that “these are all parts I can perfectly solve and master.”

Even if I have a speech the next day, I can sleep soundly at night, smile at the “speech” item on my schedule in the morning, and then calmly cook breakfast and drink coffee. Even a few hours before going on stage, I can fully focus on completing my daily exercise routine and then take a short nap.

Furthermore, I have observed that this NFT greatly enhances persistence, but it doesn’t significantly boost the motivation to start tasks. Interestingly, the NFT seems to timely uncover and highlight negative thoughts that prevent me from starting tasks, allowing me to recognize my psychological barriers in time.

(this should be the manifestation of the “Removal of all inner blockages” project and its sub-project “Increased Self-awareness” as described in the NFT)

Fortunately, I know that ‘all it takes to tackle a task is to take the first step’, and the rest will become easier due to psychological inertia, so this is not a difficult problem for me. Fortunately, the NFT also greatly enhances persistence, willpower, and courage, which is a blessing for me to overcome difficulties and persist in completing tasks and plans.

The impact of this NFT on emotional mastery should not be underestimated. By nature, I am impulsive, but the NFT seems to have helped me develop a habit of noticing and recognizing my emotions. Now, whenever my emotions change, my first reaction is to “discover and observe” them. With the aid of the NFT, I can then quickly adjust my emotions, which making me gradually more rational—at times if I need, the NFT seems even to help me approach a State of Zen. :face_with_monocle:

Apologies for my lengthy discourse. Thank you captain! Thank you to the project leader!

I definitely have noticed an increase in confidence! I feel much more relaxed while talking to others. But the biggest thing for me, is how it helps me in sales. I am able to be very confident in my job and my words flow with ease. I do a lot of phone calls, and it has made it so much easier. I play it ahead of time, but then also in my pocket when I’m needing it for whatever I’m doing.
