DOPAMINE DETOX.
Everyone should do it. I thikn it will help fields to be more effective and get more spiritually.
I saw a video on youtube, where one guy did dopamine detox for a week. He decided to ride a bike, and he just felt connected to the bike or smth like that. Seems familiar with “Interconnection of everything”.

Got the Advanced Healing a few days ago and I believe I can attest to it helping out with dopamine receptors. However, be careful as this healing of dopamine receptors may occur more quickly than the ability to avoid whatever bad habit you may be doing to generate that dopamine. That bad habit’s dopamine release will be higher and therefore may feel more rewarding (speaking from experience).
So work on willpower/actively avoiding the bad habits, at least. However, this audio has made it much more convincing that I can trade bad habit A for “greater sense of reward in rest of life” because the healed dopamine receptors will make more everyday stuff more rewarding.
