Hi I am new to subs and frequencies, i have stumble on chumpy sub and it worked out for me now i found Sapien Medicine youtube channel and there are so many videos that i want to listen. I am trying to create a routine to listen all of them but i dont know if i am overusing it.
About me I workout like calisthenics 2, 4, 6 (days of the week) and I wanted to use sapiend videos for leg days 3, 5, saturday (days of the week), I also have a porn damaged brain and due to that i lack confidence with women . I am saying these to explain all my videos choices next.
I was thinking about the follow rotine:
every morning: Facelift and facil Toning, Dark circles removal ( both from sapien medicine)
2,4,6 evening (before workout): Strength of a thousand men (from chumpy subs)
3,5,saturday evening (“workout”): butt enlargement, automated gluteal workout, automated leg day, automated calves workout, core strengthening (all by sapien)
every ninght: Muscle recovery ( from sapien medicine)
while sleeping: deep sleep (from Sapien), NoFap God(may), enhanced blood circulation (sapien) krakenc0ck (chumpy), sigma mindset (hypno daddy)
Can you give me an opinion if i am exagerating, suggestions for a better routine, not safe subs (I wanted a better sigma sub I dont know if hypno daddy is safe )
