Hi, I’m new here so I hope I’m doing this correctly but I wanted advice on the audios I’m listening to

-Subconscious limits dissolver x5
-Love gratitude and appreciation x3
-Extreme self confidence x2
-Permanent brain enhancement x4
-Overcome any addiction x3
-Powerful good luck energy x3
-Attract wealth, prosperity and abundance x3
-Attract more love into your life x1
-Skin regeneration x3
-Collagen ver 2.0 x2
-Super metabolism boost and weight loss with cellulite reduction x4
-Stomach shrinking x4
-Core strengthening x3

Is this good? Too much? Anything I should remove or add? Any advice at all would be appreciated thanks :grin:

Too much, focus, stick only with the skin stacks, sort that first than move to the love, confidence, abundance etc next, the sorter the playlist the quicker you will get results, it’s like giving to much information (different fields) at once meaning it will take a good while

I agree with the advice to focus, but I’d suggest working on the inner self first, then moving to the physical. The physical body will naturally improve when your internal state (mental, emotional) is a more harmonious place. The darkness & pain carried within does have a direct negative effect on the physical body, so working inward out is more effective.

Thanks for the advice, so should I remove the skin and body audios?

Yea I thought it was too much but if I remember correctly the faq page said it was okay to have 4 physical changes and the others like gratitude and etc there was no limit so I just poured them all in the list haha. But thank you I appreciate the help
