Advice on weight loss audios

Hey guys

I’ve been using Sapiens fat burning genetic advantage for about 1.5 years and only really lost about 10 pounds over that time. Recently I switched to the thermogenenic weight loss and lost 4 pounds in about a week. Now though the weight loss has kinda plateaued, I’m waking up at the same weight pretty much everyday whereas before I would lose about .4-.7 lb every day. I was wondering if I could combine these two audios since it would make sense that they would work well together. Anyone have any experience with these two audios together? I’m looking to lose another 30lb ideally without any kind of dieting. I’ve tried the weight loss combo on Patreon and hasn’t really worked well for me.

I’ve been using weight loss combo overnight and it has worked wonders. First weeks I did no dieting but now I am to speed up results. Also, dont expect to lose weight even with the audios if you’re in a considerable caloric surplus.

How are you looping the audio? Patreon doesn’t really have a loop feature.
I do know about the caloric deficit but the main reason I was attracted to the genetic fat loss was the promise of never gaining weight after some time.

Have you ever heard about intervall fasting? We are following the 16/8-rhythm, which is not really dieting, just a change in eating-times.
Within 8 hours you eat the food necessary for your organism, then you do not eat anything for 16 hours. over the 16 hours you continue to drink. My husband and me have done that since corona locked us in…

This also helps alot. I’ve been doing One Meal a Day which is basically 1/23 fasting and eating about 2.4g protein per kg bodyweight. The point being the audios obviously help a lot, but willpower and discipline is needed anyways.

I agree, discipline is absolutely necessary for long lasting resuts. Loosing weight is just one thing -
the organism simply has to get used to it generally and this only works through continuity.
