Is it a permanent field?
Today in the late afternoon I listened to this and immediately after weighing myself, I went running and walking, a little less than this fall, due to the block. On my return I weighed myself again and found that the scale showed about 2 Kg / 4.4 lbs; of course I couldn’t believe this so I weighed myself three times in a row, noting that I have already lost weight on the first listen!

what I’d suggest is to weigh yourself every day, but only once, first thing in the morning and write it down…
Then look at 5 or 7 day averages of the weight.
You’ll see the trend.
A lot of things like water retention and other processes affect your weight (for women also hormonal cycle) and it could fluctuate 1-2 kg daily.
What surprised me is that I lost 2 kg the first time I listened to this field; last year after the lockdown, I had taken + 4Kg, and during the summer between walking / running and cycling, I was doing an average of 50 km a week, but I will have lost 1.5 kg as a limit.

If I check before/after workout there is usually a surprising difference, 1-1.5 kg (even though I drink during so I don’t actually know why) but then usually it normalizes. It’s because of some processes in your body.
It’s better to check when circumstances are mostly the same, that’s why first thing in the morning is recommended.
Is this ok to loop for extended periods of time?
What I’m thinking is to use it before and during longer cardio/endurance exercise.
In my case it would be 40km+ bike ride or hiking up a mountain, 3+ hours.
I always take something high in sugar (or iso drink) to both, and have it as I feel the need.
Based on the description, I think this field could be used “instead”, if existing fat stored can quickly be used for energy from the beginning, then adding sugar may not be needed.
I tried it on a shorter ~20km bike ride (more uphill though), I think it works well. I only started looping it when I would have taken the iso drink (if I had any )

playing it once or twice before an acitivity is well enough especially if you keep using it for prolonged periods of time

not sure but i got abdominal cramp and more calf pain than usual from a longer walk. it may not happen to you, but still i don’t think looping is necessary

If I understand the description correctly, this field help you use fat storage for energy. This is normally a more lengthy ‘last resort’ energy source, because it’s not a quick process.
So it makes sense to me to use it before exercise (especially endurance) so the usage of fat is triggered.
But also… in the end of you eat more and energy is available from the kcal you consume, there is no point for your body to use fat storage for energy
