There is life everywhere.
But establishing a link may not require sentient life.
and also there may be far more developed life than we can currently see, as the light takes a while to get us, so we see in their past.
similarly using the same tech, others looking in from afar see the earth in the past.

Arcturus is the highest and most developed according to Edgar Cayce ( in our galaxy.)
(but you don’t need to be limited to our galaxy)

Dream, what do you think of Ashtars and Hathors who lot of folks channel and are supposedly advanced alien civilizations visiting earth from the future? Do you think it would be useful to intercede with them?

I do want to focus on it.
There is always far too much drama on sapien medicine.
But, making the fields to help the medical conditions are important.
Orion is a possibility, I am looking for around 8
they would be maybe a bit longer so you can meditate with it.

Not always! I eat pretty healthy etc., but still have issues which were helped only by the Advanced Healing field. Some conditions are also genetic, environmental.

I don’t think so,
while a large amount would not happen if you ate well,
a condition for example like Parkinson’s while even genetic factors can contribute
repeated head trauma can cause, as in the case with Mohammed Ali.
No amount of water or food would reverse it.
The human body mostly heals by scarring not regenerating.
Scarring itself can lead to problems.
