Hello everyone, a couple of days ago I bought my first NFT not on teespring but directly from someone here on the forum. 
Yesterday he was going to transfer it to me but first he did a test transfer with another NFT.
Everything went smooth, so he send me the NFT I bought. After this he asked me to send the test NFT back to him but it isn’t working and I get an error code and it says I have no matic. According to him if you transfer an NFT as a gift you never have to pay any fees.
Can you guys help us out on what to do??? I can’tchange the setting and put it at zero? 
If I sell an NFT in venly, will the money be saved in my venly wallet or will it be tranferred to my debit/credit card? I have no experience yet.
It stays in your venly wallet until you send it to another wallet that can turn it into flat (regular currency)
Direct wallet from Venly is Coinbase but you can for sure open a Coinbase wallet if you live in USA, check first if your country if other than USA accepts opening a coinbase wallet.
Or you can send Ethereum to many other wallets that would switch to your currency.
So research on Google first, something like “what wallets in -insert your country- can i open to receive USDC or Ethereum”
And once you get the list of wallets you can open in your country that accept USDC or Ethereum, google again…
Does this “insert name of wallet” can transfer flat to my bank account in “insert name of your country” ?
So you can choose which one to open and use.
If its complicated, just keep researching on google asking in different ways or on youtube as well

I am brand new to NFT so I hope I don’t frustrate you with my question. I bought the new tarot with the NFT. Do I get the NFT after I get the cards in the mail or am I supposed to get an email with the NFT after buying? I did create a venly account after reading this thread.

You will get the actual physical tarot deck delivered at your place.
But also, normally it takes 2 weeks or a little more… youll get the proof of the NFT Ownership which will probanly just have the image of the back of the deck (like the little one we got in the email when TeeSpring confirmed that we bought it) or something else, but digital. In your wallet.
Now you said you already opened a wallet on venly, thats ok, but did you use the same email address as the one you gave to TeeSpring? Because if they are different email addresses you will get an email in 2 weeks + from Venly telling you, you got an NFT and a link to follow to check the wallet they automatically created for you with the first NFT you ever bought.
In that case you just gotta wait for that and decide what wallet you are going to keep using, if its the one you already created then youll just transfer that NFT from the wallet venly created to the one you created, just bare in mind that:
1-You cannot change the email address a wallet is associated with.
2- whenevèr you buy a NFT directly on TeeSpring, it will always reach the wallet venly created.
3- transfering NFTs between wallets have a gas fee (small but still good to keep in mind)
And congratulations! What a wonderful first NFT to have 
i`ve purchased the astral portal and the nine of pentacles, but the nine is showing Finalizing_Offer for a while and not showing in my inventory. venly said that maybe the seller has to confirm the sale. did this happen to anyone? do i now actually own the nft or not?
It takes few minutes. Be patient ;-)
it`s been over 6 hours. the astral portal showed up in my inventory after minutes, but the nine of pentacles still showing as Finalizing_offer

no, still showing as Finalizing_order. i`ve sent venly an email hopefully they can sort this out
That happened to me the other day i took hoursss from finalizing order to show up in inventory.
But it eventuly went through like after 8 hours lol
They will sort it out dont worry, it is probably showing the same for the owner, do you see those still available to purchase?
It is not available for sale anymore, i was just worried that i won’t benefit from it’s if not in my inventory but i think it is working
