Hi everyone,
I am very new to Sapien Medicine, and very grateful to have found such an awesome way to heal the body.
I excitedly complied a play list that I believe would address my current state of health.
I grouped the following-
Fat Burning/Metabolisn/Extretme/Stomah Shrinking
All Hair/Scalp/Deutastaride
Intestine/Stroke/BP
Sinus/Lung/Hyperbaric
Knees/Shoulder/Joint Repair
Plasma Teeth
Face/Stem Cells/Fat to Stem Cells
Skin Regeneration/Tightener
Subconscious Limits/Resilience
I listen while asleep but now I have a nagging head ache on rising and for most of the day.
Am I overloading?
I really want to embrace this modality but may be doing things lopsided.
Any advice as to the correct way to proceed will be greatly appreciated.
Blessing to Sapien and all who contribute to this informative forum.
I am grateful!
its long list if you just started
focus on 1-2 goals at once and listen accordinly
2-3 each field or as directed by description
once you reach your goal, take-on on other, in this way you will know what field does what, you will get result faster and you will not overwhelm your system by getting an overload on energy.
be sure to start with Subconscious Limits/Resilience
Hi, Madamlal!
Start here and here for some pointers on stacks.
Here is a quote from our SammyG from the Official SapienMed FAQ:
6. What are the signs that someone is listening to too many fields?
There could are few signs that can indicate someone is listening to too many fields. One being, nausea, dizziness, overly energized, mentally disoriented… as in mind overactive or super underactive… most common though… is feeling drained. Tired. Too many fields can sometimes be the equivalent of taking too many pills at once… telling your body to do this, to do that. It overworks it. overstimulates your whole system and causes strain. I would recommend taking it easy if you can.
I can’t recommend long stacks due to me trying them and then dropping them…
It’s stressful - fields all day, that is, although I have seen results, even with more than 30 fields, but it’s a little bit overwhelming, i guess less is best, after all.
Thank you so much!
Oh, as we say in New York “less is more”
Thank you. Good to get this kind of information.
I will. Thank you.
Got that!!!
