Has anyone else used this? I wonder if it would be good to do while listening to Amydala Healing + Fear Release.
When I read the post I found it very similar to a Kundalini Kriya of Yogi Bhajan’s Kundalini Yoga, it called Kriya for Breaking Bad Habits & Addictions. You can look up and see if it is the same as the same discovery by TDA Lingo guy (heard his name for the first time).
Yogi Bhajan’s Yoga is riddled with stigma, controversies and loyalty to cult following but some kriyas really work, not clear from where the guy came up with so many Kriyas.
It isnt based on legitimate science at all, although you might say the mechanism for it to work is psychic mind-body control–something outside of our scientific research. I personally believe it is not much more than a focused meditation, because the amygdala clicking practice requires a similar focus as meditation, and meditation is shown known to alleviate anxiety by disrupting anxiety-inducing thought loops and relaxing the physical body
