I have only recently discovered Iso tones/ Binaural beats etc. As with most of these I ended up trying general and random channels and accidentally found Sapien Med, this and one other in fairly quick succession (perhaps not accidental at all but karma at play). The absolute stunning results since I have had listening to these specific channels has literally changed my understanding and appreciation of the world around me and within. In 3 months I have gone from experimenting to having structured playlists listening on a daily basis- just enough without overloading my system. I have never made a comment on a youtube video…ever. However, Ireland is my home and listening to this video resonated with me in a way I had not thought possible.
The beats/ tones on these channels have given me a new breath of life infused with an inner sense of fulfillment and peace. The most poignant lesson however being that I have so much still to learn, accept and achieve…the world; my world- is a mind field full of infinite possibilities all governed by my own thoughts working with the universe’s unique frequencies…so thank you, to you and all the other videos which have empowered me, in an otherwise seemingly trapped existence.
