A little update from me⌠Iâve been using this everyday along with the automated workouts on rotation.
All audios 2x each
Day 1: This + Core + Upper body + After Workout Recovery
Day 2: This + Glutes + Legs + Calves + After Workout Recovery

So far I havenât gotten noticeably bigger, but my legs and arms feel more solid. Iâve been having really bad back pain for awhile so my physio sessions have been focusing more on fixing that rather than testing my strength. Hopefully soon iâll be back to normal so i can actually test my strength from this audio

I know you said this is for woman as well, but would like to know if this is the best fields if I want to lose fat and be super sculpted but not get manly muscular.
I train daily and like to be lean - Iâve noticed lately Iâm struggling a bit, harder to maintain lean mass.
So looking to just drop fat, get stronger more endurance, be muscular but not get bigger in size - if that makes sense- more sculpted. I use carboxytherapy as I get a lot of inflammation from autoimmune and using plasma protocol - just finished part 2.

If you wanna lose weight, eating at a caloric defecit and spamming the hell out of any audio that taxes your body continously like the automated cardio, workout, would be your best bet. Cardarine would also be good.
