I was thinking about this yesterday for myself
I think you need to eat enough to build muscle but be in a deficit, and add Jing and also enhanced fat metabolism audio.
I think with the latter one youāll use the existing fat stores for energy, so Iām thinking of using that instead of eating and see how it goes :D

Iāve started hgh on here so hoping that should help me strip the remaining fat.
But Iām clean eating and healthy - but perhaps the stress (due to personal issues) is keeping me less shredded. I weight train 5x week and do yoga 2x week- cardio 2x week
