This depends on your diet.
I was thinking about this yesterday for myself :laughing:

I think you need to eat enough to build muscle but be in a deficit, and add Jing and also enhanced fat metabolism audio.
I think with the latter one youā€™ll use the existing fat stores for energy, so Iā€™m thinking of using that instead of eating and see how it goes :D

Edit - Iā€™ve read the rest of the thread, probably better to wait for the other audio lol

@anon98607113 thank you for your reply. I am pretty lean but itā€™s just like 1.5kg of some pockets of fat/loose skin on inner thigh, back of arms, lower absā€¦ woman areasā€¦
Iā€™ve started hgh on here so hoping that should help me strip the remaining fat.

But Iā€™m clean eating and healthy - but perhaps the stress (due to personal issues) is keeping me less shredded. I weight train 5x week and do yoga 2x week- cardio 2x week

After pic (no pump) : 68kg
