Have you ever set the stuff one speakers and had headphones on doing something else? What I read with morphics is that the sound just has to “touch” you but you don’t need to hear it neccessarily

Yup, should be ok!

I play the fields on a low volume on my phone(s) in my pocket while I go about doing stuff - watching TV, working out, doing chores, etc.

Thank you, could you give me how you stack it? I’m playing it on speakers currently 2x a day, probably in the evening because the track is calm and relaxing. Is there an upper limit also?

Also would this affect the people around me or can they be exempt? I don’t want to affect my mom or any women near me for obvious reasons

It simply makes it more sensitive to grow. The more you play it you’ll notice the easier your muscles grow and repair.

Update: Today’s workout was an absolute killer, and I still have energy. I went in for lats, chest and biceps, and after a carb load I went back in, worked out shoulders, abs and quads. So six body parts instead of my typical two to four

I used extreme muscle growth and Blessing of Saint Biceps two times each last night

after 20 days:
-body composition changes (leaner)
-increase in shoulder width (laterals) noticeably
-growth with arms

crazy how I look leaner on a bulk, I recon 1% body fat. thats about 2 pounds
this paired with extreme muscle growth. @IAmJonathan great field!

does anyone have anything to help the knees? I have to go very light on leg day because of pain

Check your ankle Range of motion (Dorsiflexion especially)
Same with your hip mobility externally and internally. You looking for 35° in range for both external and internal. You can even check and you’ll notice you’re probably off right now.

As for fields, you might want to find something that address the ease of movement in these places then go for something like stem cells to regenerate from any damage.

Does this affect the dick in any way? Pairing this field, HGH and Extreme Muscle Growth for gains, but I notice my girth went from 4.7- 5 inches. I’m not using anything for male enhancement

I have used this for a week now and wow!
I look much more ripped already and the workouts has been great!

This has done wonders for my sexlife/attraction aswell. Me and my wife ( married for 9 years) had very rarely sex the last year and she seems uninterested in close contact, but even after the first 1-2 days she was on me and wanted to have sex and gave me kisses and hugs out of nowhere. The last days has been like this :partying_face:
And I have done nothing special other then starting to listen to this 2 times each day.

Also the first thing I noticed was my smell. My gym shirts used to smell like sh*t after but now I don’t even use deodorant anymore! I haven’t smelled sweat for days now in my armpits, not even after working outside on hot days.

Awesome to read that this field has improved your life in so many areas!

Not it doesn’t, your androgen receptors will still stay sensitive for quite a while so it won’t be necessary to space the listening sessions out.
Ideally you would want to listen to it right before or during a workout but that is perfecting things. Most important thing is you get your listening sessions in in whatever way fits you best, the rest is optional optimization.
