This is how I listen to most fields often, itâs fine.
Have you ever set the stuff one speakers and had headphones on doing something else? What I read with morphics is that the sound just has to âtouchâ you but you donât need to hear it neccessarily

I used extreme muscle growth and Blessing of Saint Biceps two times each last night
after 20 days:
-body composition changes (leaner)
-increase in shoulder width (laterals) noticeably

Check your ankle Range of motion (Dorsiflexion especially)
Same with your hip mobility externally and internally. You looking for 35° in range for both external and internal. You can even check and youâll notice youâre probably off right now.
As for fields, you might want to find something that address the ease of movement in these places then go for something like stem cells to regenerate from any damage.
