I don’t know how you did it (the method) because it is nothing compared to other Stenol on YouTube.

My experience and answer:
Increase your Self Love.
When you love yourself more, you are automatically projecting a higher social status to the outer world. Because people will treat you as per your own internal subconscious (!) self-esteem and self-love level.
I repeat it again as I have done many many times on this forum:
People will treat you according to your own internal subconscious (!) self-esteem and self-love level.
When your increase your self-esteem and self-love you become much more CONGRUENT with how an “alpha male” sees himself and how he acts.
Which leads to you being much more CONGRUENT in your role as an “alpha male” and this makes others more likely to believe and accept you in this role.
When they smell your androstenol pheromones and their physical brains think that you smell like an alpha dude, but at the same time you behave needy, attention seeking and approval seeking, then other males will have a feeling of suspicion about the authenticy of your alpha male status and therefore will try to challenge you in order to find out the truth about you and your real social status.
Those “beta males” are not challenging you because they perceive you as threat.
They are challenging you because they perceive your alpha male status as incongruent and want to find out the truth so that they can get rid of their perceptional mental dissonance about your status.
Androstenol makes you smell like an alpha male and trigger respective physical brain responses and perceptions.
But in order to be accepted by other men as a true leader alpha male high status person, you also need to have the respective behavior, mindset and most importantly, internal subconscious core belief system.

The patreon Stenol is good it keeps you more rational.
For the older one you become unstoppable, you can do whatever you want as I experienced.
Which version of the older one specifically? There are like 4 different uploaders on youtube with various reviews (some say it works, some say it doesn’t)
Patreon has two stenols. Unconditional which is a lot milder than OG. And then the one that is a little milder than OG.

Many years ago I had tried it and it was very powerful. In my opinion this is one of those fields that it would be better not to loop them and listen to them after a while. This in particular I had read that twice a day was considered the listening limit, however some comments above suggested up to three times. If you want to listen more times, choose the unconditional one, always trying to listen to it during the day.

Too much of a pheromone cause very annoying side effects. Trust me, i have experimented with real pheromone products for 6 years - they work and it changes how people interact with you, it can also make seduction much easier etc. There are even pheromones that makes them constantly think about you, downside of that is that it works the other way too, you will constantly think about the other person as well.
