Angel numbers?

I’ve meditated today exactly 4hrs and 44 minutes.
The initial plan was 30 min :sweat_smile:

During the meditation I connected to the chakra above the crown. (soul)
And felt a powerful light energy coming down, subsequently a strong migraine and heat at the back of the neck for about an hour.
I managed to spread the energy around and down to the earth core.
After the meditation the migraine subsided.

All this is normal to me and my crown chakra is always active with energy flowing above my head.

But not sure what the 444 means.
Anyone good with numerology here?

After i read your post, i checked the time and it was 2:56 pm, my birthday numbers (5/26) lol

I always see different numeric alignments, i have so for years now… the way i interpret it is that all is fine and I’m on the right track
