Angina pectoris, commonly referred to as angina, is a type of chest pain or discomfort that occurs when the heart muscle doesn’t get enough oxygen-rich blood. The most common cause of angina is coronary artery disease (CAD), which is a condition where the blood vessels that supply the heart become narrowed or blocked due to a buildup of plaque.

Ischemia is a medical condition that occurs when there is a lack of blood flow and oxygen to a particular organ or tissue in the body. In the case of angina pectoris, ischemia occurs in the heart muscle due to a narrowing or blockage of the coronary arteries that supply blood to the heart. So, while angina pectoris is a specific type of chest pain that occurs due to ischemia in the heart muscle, ischemia can occur in other parts of the body as well, such as the brain or limbs.

you can try these and see if it helps you. It is a matter that you should also consult with a cardiologist, I suppose you have done it, there are medicines and supplements that can help you and also find out the root of the problem, it can be cholesterol, or blood pressure, even stress. Avoid very cold weather and caffeine, and anything that can shrink your blood vessels. the ideal is to have it properly dilated so that the blood flows better.

Also increase your intake of the amino acid Arginine either via food or supplement, the same with Magnesium. And nitric oxide of course.

MT-CAT has shown promise in preclinical studies as a potential therapeutic for a variety of diseases. For example, in mouse models of Alzheimer’s disease, treatment with MT-CAT has been shown to improve mitochondrial function and reduce oxidative stress, leading to improvements in cognitive function. In another study, treatment with MT-CAT was found to reduce the development of atherosclerosis, a condition in which plaque builds up in the arteries and can lead to heart attacks and strokes.
