Whenever you feel heavy say “let go or release” for faster release as it’s an ability of my tools. Once you start using it I suggest you don’t stop until you feel like you’re fully clear or there’s no heaviness. if necessary check with the inquiry method. You can either use it passively or use it with focus and the usual inquiry “what resistance do I have?” which is the recommended method for better outcome as usual for all my tools. What this does is that it brings up all the resistance and limitations that stops the tools from working fully so that you don’t suffer from lack of results in general.
