This works by removing all the negative cords, attachment, and parasite influence from lower dantian and restores vital energy and life force in lower dantian. It also removes all the harmful and dense energy form that area which works like energetic cleansing. Using 3-4 times is enough but don’t overuse. As usual it’s suggested to use with inquiry with focus for faster and more efficient outcome but passive listening also works.
