Just curious if anyone recommends/suggests a audio I can listen too, to help with portal hypertension (which causes liver chrissoss)
I have ascites build up in my tummy which has me going to the doctor’s ever so often to get it drained (basically my stomach looks like Winnie the Pooh full of fluid and they drain liters out of me - check YouTube for more info) and that’s because of me having portal hypertension - pressure or restriction on my portal vein which doesn’t allow fluid to flow
Any help would be greatly appreciated or any stories if anyone is going through the same.thing
