Any fields for gaining muscle without exercising?

Hi! I have a medical condition which causes me to develop exercise intolerance. I get extremely nauseous and dizzy, and can only exercise for a few minutes. I am therefore wondering if there are any fields that cause muscle growth without having to pair it with exercise? Many people say to use them either before, during, or after exercising, to give your muscles a little “boost”. But since I cannot exercise, I’m wonering if there are any fields that still cause muscle growth without having to exercise. Thanks in advance :))

I’d think most of the exercise ones like automated leg day, upper body workout, calves & feet workout, possibly automated workout system, core. You can do extreme muscle growth after the workouts. And/or creatine before (?)

Edit: unless you feel the exercise fields wouldn’t be good for you either? Hopefully you can use them, just start out slow.

Thanks, I think I’ll experiment around with those fields and see what works best for me. I’ll make sure to start out slow so that I don’t accidentally overuse them. I really appreciate your help :))

Have you tried to find and heal the root cause of your problems?

I honestly haven’t looked into it, but i’m intrigued by the idea. I’ll definitely dive a little deeper into the root cause of my problems. I think that it’s definitely an extension of a spiritual one, as you said. Thanks for the recommendation!
