Yeah, that’s been going on for a little while now, whilst Dream and Sammy are sorting through the shipping issues. There’s a thread about it in the Announcements section.
AFAIK, only the “pendants” (the pretty, jewelry-like items) are shipping from the Enlightened States site at the moment.

Ah okay, maybe you can catch Dream on a slow day and ask him to do a service on any item you own. (No assurances this would happen, it happened a couple months back.)

Don’t get too excited tho, this is how the sapien team operated for some time but got too busy so had to step away from that method of doing things.
