So, I am terrified of spiders. ( I do respect them. I don’t hate them. It’s not their fault after all. )
But when I see one I scream, my heart races , I freeze, I feel absolutely horrified, helpless and paralyzed.
So after the last horrifying encounter I played the All Purpose Anxiety Removal a couple times each day and asked my servitor for help.
Well, it calmed me down a bit.
BUT as soon as I felt calmer I started to see „them“ everywhere.
As soon as I‘d close my eyes I’d have images of them in my head. Like, for weeks, day and night.
So I stopped and eventually my brain calmed down.
Yet I am still terrified. I don’t know what to do.
Does the field work like that? Desensitization by confronting me with the trigger kind of thing?
I mean as soon as I play it I see them. In my head and wherever I am.
Or could it be my servitor?
I told it to keep them away from me and to help me get rid of that phobia.
Does anyone of you sweet people know what I should do?
Your response to your past trauma will be different. You will remember it as a normal and ordinary memory and it will not trigger you with a sense of fear after a while.
While this strangeness is being released, you may experience intense feelings of fear again. But these are the last. The healing process can sometimes be painful. After a while, everything returns to normal🙏🏾
With what you’ve mentioned, I would recommend you to be careful with “Amygdala Healing + Fear Release”. Do not over stimulate.
as you listen to the field, you will start to feel ‘fear’ rise up to the surface without anything attached to it. Kindly do not give any identity to this new feeling of fear. The emotion will desperately try to attach itself to something else. just meditate and let the emotion of fear pass by.
If you want a safer method, you can use ‘PTSD help’. It includes ‘Amygdala Healing + Fear Release’, but it also uses stellate ganglion block (SGB) treatment to numb the nerves in the stellate ganglion areas which are associated with ptsd triggers and stops sending message to amygdala. This reverts the brain back into its pre-traumatic state.
Use once or twice a day at max. Please be careful while working on your fears. stay calm and enter a state of nothingness.

Somewhere in the comments I read to combine it with Amygdala healing, according to SammyG.
And I found „deep trauma healing“ for animals.
I fear I am not good enough at meditation to heal this trauma on my own. Dammit.

You should also take it easy and calm yourself. If you put more energy into your fears, it will only amplify.
If you’re seeing them as you play the field, it is working. Do not give attention to whatever is being brought up. Do not accept or reject whatever it is as part of your system. Just let them go.

That is the hard part, I suck at it. I mean I can do meditation in general like focusing on my breath kind of thing, but with fear… I might need more practice.
I won’t jump right in and meditate hardcore over them spiders, that’s for sure.
The file is ‘ptsd_help’. I am sure it is included in the Patreon’s folder. I’d suggest re-downloading the whole folder you will help you out, if you’ve missed anything else.
If you’d like, I would suggest “Stellate Ganglion Block (Clean)”. It is a Patreon field, same as "ptsd_help’ but without ‘Amygdala Healing + Fear Release’. It will revert the brain back into its pre-traumatic state without inducing any fear.
hmm, then I would recommend you listen to the fields surrounded by nature, under the sun. The energy will be uplifting and while you do that, focus on something else entirely.
