Are Jing and Stem Cells the same thing?

Is Jing just the pre-science approximation of the function of stem cells?

They have a number of striking similarities:

  1. You’re born with a certain amount and this dictates your health and recovery abilities throughout your life.

  2. Both have regenerative properties.

  3. Both play a role in aging and longevity.

  4. Both are considered the foundational element of the human body.

These two are completely different things.

I see.

I suggest you watch some YouTube videos on “Stem Cells” and “Jing Energy”, then you will quickly get a better understanding

And then after watching those, read the forum threads here related to Jing and Stem Cells.

Maybe indirectly yes.

As Chi, Jing and Shen are the basis of the human body functioning as per Chinese medicine. Possibly this could be the basis of stem cells and cellular rejuvenation as per the modern medicine.
The fields also suggest there is an indirect link in rejuvenation.

  • Robust organs for sure
  • Jing Blood
  • Chi infused to bone marrow etc.

In plain sight both are quite different things for sure. But If u ask me how Jing directly translates to stem cells then I don’t know. But all treasures incl. Jing role is omnipresent in body at every step.

Jing (also Ojas) are a necessary part of all living physical cells (this includes stem cells).
Jing/Ojas is what gives cells their vitality.

For a healthy functioning physical cell, you still need physical building blocks (i.e. proteins, minerals, vitamins etc.)

→ this field supplies the physical bone marrow with etheric Chi energy → bone marrow has then more energy to produce new stem cells

You could say embryonic stem cells are physical counterpart to jing but not adult stem cells, just my opinion.

yes, I mean even before that everything we eat has certain proportion of chi, jing, shen for each food item.
Don’t know if we are speaking the same thing in different languages. :) but to clarify

The way I see the world is Chi, Jing and Shen (Chinese) or Prana, Ojas and Tejas If it’s as per Ayurveda.
The modern science discoveries seem different on the surface but If we form connections they all go back to the 3 treasures(chinese/ayurveda).

I saw this research where the Jing si herbal mix has improved stem cell production. This herbal mix may or not Jing rich herbs but this will give a generic idea of connection. Again, every herb is a mix of certain dhatu that refines to Jing/Chi/Shen.

All of these energies are etheric and/or astral energies.
Not to be confused with physical energies like e.g. bio-chemical or bio-electrical energies.

Here in the physical dimension, everything made of physical matter has also a counterpart on the etheric and astral plane.

Like every physical cell, has also an etheric body and an astral body.

On the physical plane, the cell is made of physical molucules and operates via physical energy. On the etheric plane this same cell is made of etheric energy and operates via etheric energies. And respectively on the astral plane.
And all these planes and energies are interconnected.

So in order to have healthy physical cell in the physical dimension, you need all those three main dimensions and their energies working together to make this possible.

Those herbs have respective Jing storage capacities on the etheric/astral planes and when you consume them with your physical body, your energy body absorbs this Jing from the etheric body of the herb.

Past month or so, I’ve been toying with the idea that many herbs and supplements are fielded and give energetic effects beyond physical effects.

I notice that some supplements give me ‘field-like’ effects.
